My party guests call me "Pookie", my friends and family call me "Lindsey" and my four sons call me "Mommy!"
I have professional training in clowning, I studied under the amazing Andy "Smiley" Anderson in his clown course and graduated in November 2008. I am a member of Cowtown Clowns and I am constantly trying to learn more and improve my skills by attending workshops, conventions and through personal study.
I am experienced in working with children. I love their sweet little faces, their curiosity and imagination, and their zest for life! As a young teen I started babysitting when I was 12, and I was a mentor in highschool for area elementary schools. In college I took classes in Child Psychology and hope to further my education to one day be a school teacher. I have done in home daycare, worked in Kidzone at the YMCA for 5 years and have taught numerous Sunday School classes to young children.
My husband and I have been married for 16 years and we have four young boys; ages 5, 8, 10 and 12! They are thrilled that I have decided to become a clown and that I can be with them during the week. I hope to one day include them in some of my clown acts!
I love children, I love people. I love making people of all ages smile and have a good time. I truly believe that clowning was what I was meant to do because I just have so much fun doing it!
